All the prices displayed in our online store have the tax base and at the end of the purchase the amount of the current Value Added Tax of 10% VAT will be added.



Our website will calculate the amount that you will have to pay for freight and will add it to your invoice, in this way when placing the order you will already know the total that you have to pay.

What are the payment options?

When making your purchase, you can make your payment by means of an Internet transfer.

Payments by Visa or Mastercard are accepted.


The website guarantees you a safe purchase. For your safety, you will verify that at no time does GONZALO RIOS SL request your bank details in any of the available forms of payment. To guarantee the security of your purchase, card payments are made directly on the Bank's website with a secure connection.


What is the shipping policy?

Shipping of orders:

Orders are shipped at 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the same day. Those received after this time will be sent the next day.

In just 2 business days for anywhere on the Peninsula, 4 days for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and 7 days for the Canary Islands and the rest of the world, after the order has been placed, you will be enjoying the chosen products at home You will receive it through a recognized parcel company (valid for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands).

Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. The shipment is made through an Urgent parcel company and will be sent directly to the shipping address that you indicate in your order form.

The delivery period described will be effective in the event that the client is reachable at the place of delivery during that period, in which case the products will be understood to be delivered on the date on which Gonzalo Rios SL makes them available at the place of delivery.

The order will be canceled and returned to our facilities in either of the following two cases:

  1. Delivery cannot be made when it is attempted three times.

  2. It has not been possible to contact the customer within 9 business days after the first failed delivery attempt.


Orders paid by credit card and returned after several delivery attempts by the transport agency will not be refunded.


You can also pick up your order at our facilities until 5.30pm.

What is the return policy?


Returns will not be accepted.

In case of breakage of packaging, you should not take charge of said shipment, as it is the responsibility of the transport company.
